Public sector

Though at times in can more difficult to pinpoint process improvement objectives in the public sector than in the private sector, in this day and age it is very relevant and important for public organizations to deliver more and better services with shrinking budgets. This is why process improvements remain a vital tool for public sector organizations.

That said, it must be admitted that many generic ‘off-the-shelf’ Six Sigma and process automation programs are not able to adequately meet the unique challenges of streamlining public sector processes.
